We organize regular meetups throughout the year, typically every 2-3 months. The location varies
depending on venue availability and sponsors. We host both:

• In-person meetups: Usually held in Jakarta and other major cities in Indonesia
• Online meetups/webinars: Accessible to everyone across Indonesia and beyond

No, all our regular meetups and webinars are completely FREE to attend! We believe in making cloud native knowledge accessible to everyone. However, for some in-person events, registration is required to help us manage capacity and prepare accordingly. Make sure to register early as spots may be limited!

To become a speaker:

• Prepare a topic related to cloud native technologies or related subjects.
• We welcome both experienced and first-time speakers.

Our regular meetups typically follow this format:

• Welcome & Introduction (5-10 minutes): Brief introduction to the event, agenda, and speakers.
• Keynote/Technical Talks (30-45 minutes each): One or more presentations by speakers on various cloud native topics.
• Q&A Sessions (10-15 minutes): Opportunity for attendees to ask questions and engage with the speakers.
• Networking & Socializing (15-30 minutes): Time for attendees to connect, share experiences, and discuss topics informally.

Depending on the event, we may also include panel discussions, or hands-on workshops. The format may vary slightly based on the venue and the number of speakers.

Kubernetes Community Days Indonesia (KCD) is our flagship conference event focused on Kubernetes
and cloud native technologies.
